When you use the Savage Digital Solutions portal, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, website URL, business address, and analytics property IDs. We also collect billing information processed securely through Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and site health on your behalf
• Generate performance reports and analytics dashboards
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Communicate with you about your account and services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google APIs — Search Console and Analytics data retrieval (with your authorization)
• DataForSEO — keyword ranking and backlink data

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. SEO performance data (rankings, backlinks, health checks) is retained to provide historical trend analysis. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies on the portal.

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services. Each processes data only as necessary for their specific function:

All data processing occurs within the United States. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the United States. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify affected users.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are directed to businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 12. AI & Data Usage

We use artificial intelligence tools to assist in the delivery of Services, including content generation, data analysis, and automation. We do not use Client data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Client data processed by AI tools is used solely for delivering the contracted Services and is not retained by AI providers beyond the immediate processing session.

We do not sell, share, or provide Client business data, website content, analytics data, or any other Client information to AI model providers for the purpose of model training or improvement.
